For the first 20 years of Kay's career she worked for three large insurance companies dealing with every aspect of financial planning, including pensions, drawdown and personal investment. She completed her Certificate in Management in 2002.
Kay joined Principal from Selestia Investments, the fund supermarket where, as National Account Manager dealing with the largest IFA and accountancy practices in the UK, she gained a breadth of knowlege of the investment market.
Since 2004, Kay has managed Introducers for Principal Investment Management, where she has pioneered successful partnerships with important introducers. Kay is now also the National Account Manager for Sanlam Distribution.
