David has worked for Principal since the Nevile Merriam merger in 2003. His City career began in 1979 when he joined Granville and worked with private clients as a Director of Granville Davies Stockbrokers before making the switch to Granville Investment Management. He is responsible for managing a range of discretionary private client portfolios, research and sits on the Managed Funds selection committee. He became a Member of The London Stock Exchange in 1984.
