In an industry where poor administration is a common cause of dissatisfaction amongst investors, we pride ourselves on the accuracy and efficiency of our administration.

This begins with the high calibre of our administrative staff, who are recruited for their technical skills and attention to detail, as well as their commitment to customer service. We continue to invest in further training and development, and actively encourage staff to gain professional qualifications.

Our staff are supported by an excellent administration system, which was designed to our own exacting standards. In order to ensure the accuracy of our records, all data input into this system is verified by a sophisticated cross-checking system.

As part of our service, we provide you with all the information you need to monitor your investments, including half yearly valuation reports and annual tax booklets to assist you in completing your tax return.

Our aim is to take away the burden of administration involved in managing your own investments, including the collection of dividend and interest payments (if required, these can be paid into your bank account either monthly, quarterly or half yearly); tax reporting; dealing with takeovers and other offers or reorganisations; exercising conversion, subscription and voting rights on your behalf.

There is no need for you to hold individual share certificates, as these are held in our client nominee account within the CREST electronic settlement system. This allows us to take care of the administration on your behalf, whilst you can relax in the knowledge that your assets are totally secure.
