ISA portfolios and tax-efficient investing

Managing clients' investments tax-efficiently is central to our service, and the various tax wrappers available enable us to manage your assets as part of a cohesive strategy.

Please note that some of these services are not available when investing in a WealthSpace portfolio held on a wrap platform. For more information, please contact us.

Individual Saving Accounts (ISAs)

Principal’s Portfolio ISA has been specifically designed for portfolio clients or investors who have built up a substantial portfolio of ISAs over the years, or for clients who wish to migrate funds from their taxable holdings each year to take advantage of this tax-efficient wrapper.

At present Principal only offers a Stocks and Shares ISA. To read more information on this, please download our ISA brochure.

White List ISA

Principal's White List identifies the top performing UK equity income funds, to make your investment selection decisions easier.

White List ISA

The Income Study, produced bi-annually, uses an analysis technique refined over many years to monitor the performance of all UK equity income funds.

The top funds constitute the White List, which forms the basis for our investment recommendations.

Capital Gains Tax (CGT) management

CGT management is provided as part of our service and, where applicable, we seek to make use of clients' CGT allowances each year when managing their portfolios.

Downloads

We provide six monthly reporting, detailing all transactions undertaken, plus an annual tax booklet for all taxable portfolios to aid the completion of HMRC’s self assessment form.
